• Account and order data: name, email, billing details, country, the video or channel links you give us, order history, support messages, rewards activity.
• Payment data: payment confirmations and references from UPI, PayPal and other providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country, device and browser details, pages visited, and consent records.
• Records of acceptance: the time, IP address and device when you accepted our terms and the start-now confirmation.
• Optional analytics and advertising cookies: only after you consent.
• Custom deal requests and tool inputs: custom deal forms are saved. Numbers typed into our free tools stay in your browser.

• To perform our contract with you: take orders, process payments, deliver, support and refund.
• To meet legal duties: accounting, tax and responding to lawful requests.
• For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and chargeback abuse, securing the site, enforcing our terms, keeping evidence, and improving the service.

We are based in India, and our providers may be located elsewhere. If you are in the UK, EU or Australia, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, when your data is transferred outside your region.

We keep order, payment and dispute records for as long as needed for tax, legal and fraud-prevention purposes (normally up to 7 years). Support messages and marketing data are kept for shorter periods. Consent records are kept as proof. After that we delete or anonymise data.

Depending on where you live (for example the UK/EU GDPR, Australia’s Privacy Act and California and other US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may keep data we must retain by law or to defend claims, including records of orders and disputes. You may complain to your local data authority.
