Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time from your account. No payment is taken and nothing is charged.

After you pay

You can ask to cancel within 24 hours of payment and before our team begins work on your campaign. Open your order in My account and use the cancel option, or write to support@growmyfame.com with your order number.

Once work has started

A campaign that has already started cannot be cancelled, because the work is under way. If something was not delivered as promised, the Delivery Guarantee in our Refund Policy applies.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method or to your GrowMyFame wallet, whichever you prefer. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on your bank or provider.
